RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE

We have a 15-day return policy for any damaged items, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange. After 15 days we will no longer do an exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@rey-xpress.ca. If your return is accepted, we will instruct you, on how and where to send your product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Replacement orders will be given top priority and every effort will be made to provide replacement orders ASAP.

It is customers responsibility to check every item before picking up or on delivery for any issues. After pickup or delivery (Rey-Xpress) is no longer responsible for damaged items.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You are able return the product(s) with the delivery person if there are any issues.
If you do not inspect the product(s) upon delivery for any issues, it is customers responsibility to ship or bring the product(s) back to the shop after the delivery person has left.
If you receive the order by delivery and there is any issue or problem with the product, the customer is responsible for bringing back the product(s) to the shop within 15 Days and the customer is responsible for picking up, after the issue has been resolved.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We do not accept returns due to change of mind. For example, if a vanity does not fit your space, or you change your mind about the color or finish, we are unable to accept returns.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If customer wants to cancel the order, the customer has 24 hours after the order has been placed. After the 24 hours has been passed, we are unable to cancel the order or remove an item from the order.
After the order is ready the customer has up to 60 days to pick up. After the 60 days, we will add the product(s) back into inventory. No refund will be issued.

WARRANTY

We warranty the finish on all doors, cabinets, hinges, drawer slides and accessories for a lifetime (25 years) from the delivery date. The warranty applies under normal use by the original purchaser only.
The warranty will be considered null and void if the product is damaged as a result of the followings:
  • Misuse and/or neglect
  • Exposure to water or excessive humidity
  • Exposure to abnormal or excessive heat
  • Exposure to improper cleaning chemicals
  • Inappropriate handling or transportation
  • Exposure to sharp objects or tools of the trade
  • Improper installation
  • DELIVERY

    You need a valid delivery address when a project is created.
    Projects can only be shipped within our designated delivery zones including: Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Unionville, Mississauga, Oakville, Scarborough, Pickering and Oshawa. We also deliver to other areas within Southern Ontario, please call us at T 877.265.0286 or email us at service@rey-xpress.ca for details.
    Please note that the above does not apply to the billing addresses.
    There is a delivery fee for all projects under $2000.00 before HST.
    Our target ready time is a minimum of 15 days from order placement. However, this policy allows up to 30 days for your order to be manufactured and delivered from order placement.
    Prior to delivery we will call to arrange for a specific day and a 5-hour window.
    There must be a predetermined designated person 18 years of age or older to receive and sign for the delivery.
    We will not leave products in a designated area without a signed bill of lading by the client or their representative.
    For semi-detached homes, detached homes and free-standing buildings we will need a clear path to drop off all products in an empty garage, on the driveway or somewhere of equal standing. The contactor/purchaser is responsible to relocate all products and parts from this designated area to their final destination.
    For condominiums, we will drop off all products and parts in a designated loading area. The contactor/purchaser is responsible to relocate all products and parts from this designated area to their final destination.
    It is solely the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all and every finished Rey-Xpress product will fit where it has been designed to go. This includes but is not limited to basements, 2nd floor walk ups, elevators, doorways, and alike.
    Once the shipment is delivered, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to protect all delivered products from weather and any exposure to natural elements. This is to include but not limited to heat, cold, water or force.
    In the event that a job site is not ready to accept products, we will hold ordered products for a maximum of 2 weeks free of charge. Past the 2-week period a charge will be applied.

    ORDERING

    We accept online orders only.
    It is mandatory that all orders be paid in full in order to check out.
    All payments are made through a secure third-party ecommerce platform.
    This platform is programmed to accept Visa and Mastercard only.
    After order placement, you will be given a 48-hour window to make any modifications including cancellation of the entire order.
    Modifications within the 48-hour period resulting in a refund will have an administrative fee equivalent to 3% of that change.
    Cancellation of an entire order within the 48-hour period will result in an administrative fee of 3% of that order.
    After the 48-hour window expires, no modifications will be accepted.
    Rey-Xpress is a supply chain business only.
    Installation of all Rey-Xpress products and related parts will be the sole responsibility of others.
    Rey-Xpress reserves the right to notify a client within 72-hours of order placement and cancel the order entirely or in part due to the discontinuation of a specific material. This will result in a full refund without an administrative fee.
    Rey-Xpress reserves the right to notify a client that a specific material is temporarily out of stock which will result in a delayed delivery time. At this point the client can decide to change the material to something readily available or wait for the original material to arrive.

    PRIVACY POLICY

    WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

    This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from reywoodworking.com (the “Site”).

    PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

    When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

  • “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
  • “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
  • Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
    When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

    HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

    We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
  • Communicate with you
  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
  • We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

    SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

    We will not, in any circumstances, share your personal information with other individuals or organizations without your permission, including public organizations, corporations or individuals, except when applicable by law.

    BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING

    As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with promotional or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. You can opt out of any promotional emails or communications by sending us an email to remove your name from the list at: Remove My Name.     DO NOT TRACK

    Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

    YOUR RIGHTS

    You have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
    Additionally, if you are a Canadian or United States resident please note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.

    DATA RETENTION

    When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

    MINORS

    The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

    CHANGES

    We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
